On 13 November 2023, the weekly income limit for the GP visit card increased. You can check the current income limits for people aged under 70 and see examples of how eligibility for the GP visit card is calculated.
The new age limit of 18 for Child Benefit will not apply before September 2024.
From 1 December 2023, fines will increase for not having a dog licence, not having identification on a dog, allowing a dog to go stray, and for not keeping a dog under control.
Applications for repairs to a protected structure under either the Historic Structures Fund or the Built Heritage Investment Scheme must be submitted to your local authority before 27 January 2024.
If you are giving evidence in a Circuit Court case, you can now swear an affidavit for this by video conference.
