Since 7 March 2024, you have a new right to request a flexible working arrangement.
Flexible working is where your normal working hours are adjusted, for example:
👷♀️ Part-time work
👨🏫 Term-time work
👨🏭 Job-sharing
👷♂️ Flexitime
👩⚕️ Compressed working hours
👨💻 Remote working
You can request flexible working from your first day in a new job, but you must be working at least 6 months with your employer before the arrangement can start. 🗓️
