Legislation relating to the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal

The Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act 1997 (pdf) is amended by the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act 2006 (pdf).

The Acts are amended by Regulation No. 31 of 2007; Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Insurance Scheme for Relevant Claimants) Regulations 2007, and by Regulation 354 of 20078; Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Insurance Scheme for Relevant Claimants) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. The latter provides clarification on the evidence to be provided in respect of the verification of annual earned income. (neither of these Regulations are available on line).
