Legislative background for crowd control at public events

Part III of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994
Section 21 relates to control of access to certain events.
Section 22 deals with seizure of intoxicating liquor or any article likely to cause injury at an event.

Additional legislation relating to alcohol is contained in the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2000 and the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003
